(II) Saw wheel

The advantage is that the saw blade can change the running angle under the minimum external force, ensure the accuracy of the workpiece cutting surface, extend the life of the saw blade, and relatively simple to replace the saw blade, which is suitable for processing workpieces with smaller diameters. The disadvantage is that it is limited by the material size, and the sawing effect and stability for larger materials are poor.
Column-type horizontal band saw: It includes single-column and double-column forms. The single-column horizontal band saw has a simpler structure and slightly worse stability. It is usually suitable for sawing round bars; the two columns of the double-column horizontal band saw work together to improve the stability of the band saw bed, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for sawing stability.
Rotary horizontal band saw: It has a rotation and angle positioning locking device. The bed, saw frame or workbench can rotate a certain angle around the fixed axis to achieve bevel sawing. It is often used in processing scenarios where materials need to be sawed at a specific angle.

Manual horizontal band saw machine: The operator needs to manually complete the clamping, feeding and cutting of the workpiece, which is suitable for small-batch production.

4. Operation and maintenance of horizontal band saw machine
(I) Operation steps

Workpiece clamping: Place the workpiece to be processed on the workbench and clamp it firmly with the clamping device.
